Choosing the game
This first week we decided on the Idea that we could go with for our project we went about this by splinting into 3 groups which would each come up with and idea that would be presented to everyone. This then went to a vote in where the idea that we choose was a Turn Based RPG being set in Hell where the player would play as a priest that would travel through hell as they fight enemies and bosses. Team leads and PO where chosen so that the project had leadership and management to make sure it went smoothly.
Jira and Confluence
The main tools being used for the management was Jira and Confluence. Jira is similar to Trello it allows us to create a backlog of tasks f whats being done and what is, this allows us to see who is doing what and if they have completed it. A task would be given out to people every week for the sprint to be done and Jira helps with this. Jira also allows us to view statisics and graphs that will allows is to see if we are getting all the tasks the set our selfs done. Confluence lets us compile our work together with all the information in one large wiki like page.
Weekly Sprint
Not much was given for us to do the week due to problems with Jira and Confluence we used Trello for the time being which the leads filled up. We where mostly only told to continue concepting but since the PO's decided it would be best to put people into there roles later on in the week many didn't really know what to do. When roles where decided I choose the role of a level designer though being the only person that practices and has an interest with it I will be needing to show others that are going to do level design tools like probuilder.
