Agile Methodology

During This week it has become more apparent that we are reaching a point that people are not following agile and miscommunication is at a high where people are not speaking with each other or letting others know what they can or cannot do. The main way to fix this is to have leads be more active in making sure people are doing there work and to make sure that other team members are communicating. Scrum works because of its focus on iteration and communication and with the project going as it is isn't helping with our understanding of it.

Weekly Sprint

This week I was tasked with deciding where the enemies and pages where going to go. To complete my tasks I

went back into Krita first to edited the already created map I drew and put down the locations of both the enemies and pages whilst also putting down specific types of potential pages that the player may pick up. After this I went into unity to then put these down into the white box so that they are viewable within a 3D space using probuilder again to place down the cubes. It was also at this stage where we where going to be finishing with the Whiteboxes and move onto the levels we where going to be using for the game. To keep inline with scrum and to make sure that my work was up to standard I made sure to keep in touch with Cian to get feedback on my work and to make sure he is happy and knows I'm on track with my tasks.

Personally I feel I could have made sure to take the time to add more detail within the drawing. Though it gets across the information needed to complete the task it give off a very unprofessional look but I mainly feel that I could have done more this week as the task was not to difficult. Consulting the Jira and looking at what other tasks and asking my design leads what they would like me to do would have given me a tasks that needed to be done.
